Right now with the file upload capability, the uploaded files are stored in the File area only; The custom form record does have an icon for that field, but it doesn't link to anything, nor does it indicate whether a file was actually uploaded with that form. Suggestions from my client...
1) Allow the uploaded file to be emailed (along with the admin notification containing the form fields) rather than stored in the system.
2) If #1 would be difficult to implement, at least make "finding the file" more user friendly.
3) "Replace that giant, useless question mark icon" in the form record. :)
