Custom forms now provide many more options

We've added many new options for processing form submissions. You can now:

  • Access all form fields when defining notification messages to go to the person who submitted the form, and to the admin for notification
  • Specify the recipient of the admin notification message through hidden fields
  • Have the reply-to address for the admin notification be the email address of the person who submitted the form
  • Specify a fixed reply-to address for the admin notification to maximize deliverability
  • Choose to have form submissions be moderated or not
